DETAILS:
Payment
Upon booking- sales tax will apply to the party fee at check-out. On the day of your event- a service charge of 15% and sales tax automatically applies to the final bill. The bill must be paid in full and in one transaction at the conclusion of the event. Discounts, coupons and passes do not apply to parties.
Arrival & End Time
You may arrive 20 minutes early to set-up. Your party should promptly conclude at the end-time of your event; you will be given a 15 minute notice. If the party goes over-time, there will be a $75 charge for an additional 30 minutes.
Decorations
Feel free to bring decorations which are easy to clean-up, please no confetti or glitter. Balloons must not block the walkways. Only painters tape is allowed on walls; no thumbtacks or 3M command strips.
Food & Beverages
You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The person who booked the event is responsible for any food allergies or dietary restrictions that party guests may have. Alcoholic beverages are only permitted during private events, where the entire studio is closed to the public.
Pottery & Pick-up
Pottery must be chosen and purchased on the day of your event. We only allow pottery purchased from our studio. Finished pottery is ready for pick-up in approximately 10 days. All finished pottery from the party must be picked up by the person who booked the event. Each piece will be wrapped, bagged and labeled with the painter’s name.
Extra Guests (non-painters)
Due to space limitations and fire code, only 2 adult chaperones may stay and must be seated if there are open seats at the party tables. Regular seating is strictly for walk-in customers. At no time may non-painters stand around the studio or block the walk-ways.
Cancellation
The $250 party fee (+tax) is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the event date. Store credit will be given if your cancellation request is received 7-13 days before the event date. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the event- the party fee is non-refundable.
